Ariana uses a thorough assessment to understand how the body’s structure and function influence one another. She works to identify and address restrictions that may be affecting the body’s nerves, arteries, veins, lymphatic system, and overall mobility — supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and self-regulate.
Individuals from all walks of life are welcomed: people experiencing a wide range of health concerns, everyday aches and pains, as well as those looking to optimize their overall health, mobility, and function.
Classical osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on form of manual therapy based on the principle that the body’s structure and function are closely connected. By identifying and addressing areas of restriction throughout the body, treatment aims to improve mobility, circulation, nerve function, and the movement of fluids — supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.
A thorough, hands-on assessment identifies restrictions affecting how freely your body moves.
Treatment supports healthy blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and nerve function throughout the body.
Gentle techniques work with your body’s own capacity to heal and regulate itself.
...and more. Individuals from all walks of life are welcome — whether you’re managing a specific concern or simply looking to optimize your overall health, mobility, and function.
